| Cabbage Supreme |
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup of flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 cups milk
cabbage
Cook cabbage with sharpness.
In saucepan, melt butter and blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk slowly stirring constantly until mixture thickens to white sauce.
Place strained cabbage in casserole dish, pour white sauce mixture over cabbage. Sprinkle with crackers and grated cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
