| Baked Mostacholli |
2- Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts. (Or 4 Chicken tenderloins)
1- 26oz Jar spaghetti sauce. (flavor of your choice. Can be made from scratch)
1- 10oz Jar (for creamier sauce usr a 16oz jar) alfrado sauce.
1- 8oz Package of shredded Mozzarella cheese.
? C- Ramona Cheese Graded.
4 C- Mostacholli noodles.
1- Red pepper chopped.
1- Tomato chopped
Preheat oven to 375. In a large skillet just brown the outside of the chicken. Then cut into 1-in. pieces. Cook Mostacholli noodles in a medium saucepan. Then combine noodles, Alfrado sauce, Spaghetti sauce, and chicken pieces, tomato and chopped red pepper. Spoon into a 13x9 backing dish. Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese and Ramona cheese over top and place into oven for 20 minuets.
