| Lemon-Pepper Molasses Chicken |
Ingredients:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
approx. 1 tblsp. lemon pepper seasoning
2 tblsp. butter/margarine approx.
4 tblsp. molasses
Instructions:
Cut breasts into strips. In skillet, fry meat in butter or margarine. When chicken begins to whiten add lemon pepper seasoning (to taste). Just when the chicken starts to brown, add enough molasses so that all meat is covered. Turn onto high and let chicken blacken to liking. Serve over rice or pasta. The molasses will carmelize pretty quickly.
