8 ounces Cream cheese -- cut in bits
3/4 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
1/2 cup Butter or margarine
1/2 cup Milk
8 ounces Fettuccine; cook -- drain | In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and
milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Toss pasta lightly with
sauce, coating well. Leftovers freeze well.

Reviewed by Heather, 2006-07-13 This recipe is pretty dead on, although next time I would cut the cream cheese down to 4 oz. and add a cup and a half of the parmesan cheese to give it a more hearty, cheesy flavor. Plus, a little cracked pepper in the sauce brings up the flavor more.
