| Gluten Free/Dairy Free Biscuits |
For 8 biscuits Preheat oven to 425
1 2/3 c. light flour blend
1 1/2 tsp Guar gum
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking soda
6 Tbl. Fleishmann's Light Margarine
1 lg egg, beaten
4 Tbl. Rice milk
Mix dry ingredients. Rub in margarine until mixture resembles fine bread crumbs. Cut in egg and rice milk. Roll out and cut or pat into 1 inch thick biscuits. Place on dusted cookie sheet, and brush with margarine. Bake appx 12 min. until risen and golden. Turn out and serve warm.
