| Grilled Turkey Tenderloins with Orange and RosemaryFeatured |

Ingredients:
2 large shallots, minced
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
4 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pounds turkey tenderloin, sliced into 1/2" medallions |
| Serves: 4 |
| Cooking Time: 30 minutes - one hour |
| Instructions: |
| Place all ingredients except turkey into a large plastic baggie. Seal and shake to mix. Add turkey medallions to marinade, seal tightly and marinate at least 1 hour. Place turkey on broiler rack and broil about 4 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other, brushing with marinade half way through cooking time. |
