| Summer Steaks: Beer Marinade Recipe |
Welcome summer with an outdoor grill party! Raise your knives and forks in a toast to steak marinated in this excellent beer-based concoction.
Thaw four center cuts of boneless Filet of Sirloin overnight in your refrigerator.
Combine the following ingredients and pour into a shallow dish:
- 12 oz. of your favorite full-flavored beer
- Juice of 3 limes
- 1 shallot bulb, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons salt
Put the meat into the dish. Marinate (refrigerated) for 30 to 60 minutes, turning occasionally to evenly distribute the flavor. Then toss those steaks on the grill and enjoy!
