2/3 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
3 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups instant oatmeal|Mix all the ingredients above together − spread into a 13x9
greased baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes on 350. Do not bake
any longer. Take out and let cool. In a saucepan melt:
6 oz. chocolate chips
2/3 cup peanut butter
Spread mixture onto the cooled oatmeal mixture and refrigerate
until the chocolate/peanut butter topping is hard and then
slice and eat.

I cant believe I ate the whole pan!
Reviewed by Patrick, 2007-12-01 This recipe is the greatest thing on the net. It doesnt taste exactly like the original bar. Its texture is missing the whole peanuts but the peanut butter is an excellent alternative. Great for parties as an alternative to chips and dip or choc. chip cookies.
