| KFC Style Chicken |
2 cups flour
1 tsp pepper
Pinch of salt
1 tsp dry Mustard
1/2 tsp Dry sage
1/2 tsp dry ginger
1 tsp MSG
pinch of white pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion salt
1 cup Fresh SODA WATER (cold)
Mix spices in separate container except the pepper leave for outer coating. Rub chicken with spice mixture, let set to adhere for approximately one minute. Dip into flour, then into Soda Water, then back into flour. Sprinkle with pepper mixture. Using a heavy skillet or deep pan heat oil, slowly place chicken into the hot oil. After chicken is cooked let set for for three to five minutes...taste delicious.
