| Pepperidge Farm Sausalito Cookies |
1 pound butter, softened
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
5 cups flour
1 1/2 12 oz. packages semi sweet choc. chips
3 cups chopped macadamia nuts|Cream butter, eggs, and vanilla in bowl. In a different bowl, sift
together the sugars, baking powder, baking soda, salt and flour.
Combine the dry mixture with the egg/butter mixture. Add the
chocolate chips and nuts. Shape into 1 inch balls, place 1 inch
apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for 10 to 11 min.

Just as it should be
Reviewed by Melissa, 2007-12-03 These cookies are fabulous. My husband loves the Pepperidge Farm cookies, and asked if I could make some. Well they turned out way better than I could have expected! Delicious! They really taste exactly like the brand name cookie, although slightly softer. I figured no way would they get crispy like the PFs, but they sure came close. I am going to make these over and over and over and over...
