The mushrooms in the wraps
Reviewed by Kate, 2008-01-21

I made this recipe tonight and loved it. Two things though:

1. PF Chang's uses wood ear mushrooms, not shiitakes.

2. PF Chang's somehow makes the cellophane noodles crispy. Cooked according to the package the end up soft, which is still really good but not exactly like the restaurant. Maybe they fry theirs, somehow?

Still loved the recipe and will end up making it again.
