Fettucine Romano ala Fratelli
Reviewed by Pickles, 2007-03-10 I tried this recipe tonight for dinner and was pleasantly surprised how simple and delicious it was. I had bought some fresh shrimp that I added to the olive oil and garlic and cooked for a few minutes then removed and kept warm while I continued with the recipe exactly as written. My family couldn't quit "oohing" and "aahing" over the dish and my favorite compliment was,"We don't need to go out for dinner again mom." I can't wait to invite friends over and serve it.
