| Fresh Apple Cake #2 |
2 Eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup Mazola oil
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups chopped apples
|Beat eggs, sugar and oil together.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in loaf or tube pan for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
Note: the dough will be real stiff.
