| McDonald's Hotcakes |
2/3 cup 7−Up
1 egg
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon oil
1−1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix|Put all ingredients into blender on high speed for a few seconds until
smooth. Let stand 10 minutes befor using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on
hot, oiled griddle, browning each side.

Reviewed by dingobully, 2010-09-08 I had never thought of emulating McDonald's on purpose until my daughter asked if I could make McDonald's hotcakes. I was up for the challenge and she said mine from this recipe are pretty close. I found it odd to add 7-Up, but you can't taste the lemon-lime in the final product and I guess you gotta get the high fructose corn syrup from somewhere!
