1 Tablespoon olive oil

15 Ounce can chicken broth
2 tablespoons chili powder

Reviewed by Mimi, 2008-11-28 Great recipe. Living in Australia it is hard to find canned enchilada sauce, this was a good substitute. I thickened slightly with 1 Tbs of corn flour and it was a perfect sauce over my burritos and enchiladas with a thick layer of cheese.
