| Chicken Breast Casserole |
1 can mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
2/3 cup milk
1 cup rice -- whole grain
-- uncooked
2 tablespoons chopped pimentos
chicken breasts
1/2 package lipton onion soup mix
|In a large baking dish mix soups. Arrange chicken. Add pimentos, milk and
rice. Pour soup mix over all. Cover with foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1
1/2 hours.
