| Sausage and Rice Casserole |
1 lb sage sausage, browned and drained
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
2 pkg dry cream of chicken soup mix
1 cup wild rice or long grain rice
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped.
2.5 cups water
Stir together and bake covered at 350 F for 1 hour.
