| Fresh Apple Cake #3 |
3 cups chopped apples
2 cups sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/4 cups oil
1 cup pecans
|Sift all dry ingredients together.
Add oil to dry ingredients, mix well.
Add apples and pecans.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
